Leased Water Treatment Plants
Our drinking water treatment solutions are decentralized, meaning they can work independently of centralized treatment facilities. Because this cuts down on the need for long pipelines and pumping stations, we can build plants anywhere, including in rural areas or remote locations.

Efficient Engineering and Flexible Designs: We design scalable water treatment plants that address each client’s specific water challenges. Rayyan Water’s modular plants are designed to meet our client’s immediate needs, with the possibility of expansion planned into the initial design. This allows our clients to start with a small plant, keeping initial costs low, while offering the flexibility to easily and cost-effectively expand the system to meet growing demand.
Shorter Lead Times: Rayyan Water’s engineers bring a broad range of expertise to the table. This results in quick submittal turnaround and better site coordination, and reduces completion lead times from the usual 12-18 months to just 9-12 months. For our Houston-area customers, all of our drinking water treatment plants are certified and approved by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) before going on line.
Improved Cash Flow: With Rayyan Water’s flexible Lease Plant Program, clients can gain access to the water infrastructure they need without large capital outlays upfront. Should their needs grow, additional capacity can be added and financed through a lease agreement. This model allows clients to finance the plant they currently need without impeding cash flow, and is flexible enough to accommodate future expansion.
